Refund Policy
At EcomSpike, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product is delivered, we cannot accept returns or process refunds except under specific circumstances outlined below.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was not delivered after payment.
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to your account within 48 hours.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@ecomspike.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to meet system requirements for the digital product.
- Download issues due to user error.
- Used any of our code on your store
